Edward Grieg is a famous composer who was from Norway. He was born over 150 years ago in 1843. He started his first music lessons with his mother who was a wonderful pianist. He went to music school and became a composer. He wrote down the music he heard in his imagination. One of the most famous pieces of music was “In the Hall of the Mountain King”

In the Hall of the Mountain King is a famous piece of music that tells a story. Peer (Peter in English) is trying to sneak away from the trolls. Unfortunately the trolls follow him and the chase begins. In his escape, he runs into the Mountain King again and he throws Peer out of his castle. PHEW!!!!
